We love our pies, but for a healthier option we have made the Great British salad the star of our Summer menu.

Starring five refreshing new dishes for you to try, all packed with this season’s finest British vegetables like beetroot, fennel, green beans and artichokes.

We believe salads should be hearty as well as healthy, so we’ve also mixed in heaps of nationally sourced produce like hot smoked salmon, artisan cheeses, free-range chicken and eggs.

For proof that we Brits can make a great salad, come and try one next time you’re in.

Fish Burger

Our new Summer menu is packed with refreshing Great British dishes to brighten your day, whatever the weather.

Try a lighter version of your favourite fish and chips supper with our twist on a fish burger, or enjoy an indoor picnic with our ham hock and cheddar cheese ploughman’s. There’s a lamb steak added to our Grill for those times when the barbecue is too much hassle, plus new seasonal starters such as fried buttermilk chicken.

Proving Great British Food doesn’t have to be heavy, we’ve introduced a whole range of healthy salads like our hot smoked Scottish salmon, potatoes and spinach, topped with a poached egg. Not a limp lettuce leaf in sight!

Of course it wouldn’t be summer without strawberries and cream. We’ve mixed these together with our homemade meringue into an Eton Mess – just in time for Wimbledon fortnight.
